Halfpenny halfling project - the halfling project
The halfling project extensively uses photography, video and audio presentation to present it’s agenda and promote itself.
The project works in two keys area - acting and performance with new and young talent, and to bring awareness of autism - the invisible spectrum - those conditions which effect a child’s development whether directly within the autistic spectrum or close to it.
The project aims to help build confidence within new performers, or to those who find life somewhat daunting and need encouragement and support.
Based loosely on The Lord of The Rings the project includes a character led feature called The Halfling Chronicles which takes various story lines and mould them to the project agenda.
The Halfling project has a male bias at this time, and covers issues and features relevant to youth and childhood.
The project is not setup for commercial profit, and gives chances to anyone willing to put the effort in to build up their profile and confidence to advance forward.
